    SO FAR SO GOOD
    Date:
First of all the paint is very realistic. I take care of my decoys very well so I put a couple layers of protectant gloss on. I would have given it 5 stars but they haven't been out ducking. BUY THESE DECOYS IF YOU LIKE REALISM AND LARGENESS BECAUSE THESE DECOYS ARE A LITTLE LARGER THAN REGULAR.

    Paint doesn't last
    Date:
Purchased a dozen black ducks. Looked awesome until about a week or so of use. Paint rubs off very easily. Would not recommend unless you want to do a lot of painting!!!

    Poor results
    Date:
Initially ordered two sets, received both orders within the estimated delivery time frame, but recieved 12 resting drake decoys. Called to discuss with representive and the issue was resolved, and received two new sets and returned the original. Two decoys had broken keels, and two had major paint flaws including paint runs. The paint also chips easily.

    Not pleased
    Date:
Early this season I purchased a set of the Final Approach Gunner HD Floating Wood Duck Decoys to mix in with my Mallards. They look really nice out of the box and I was really excited to use them, however I'm not so excited anymore. From day one I have carried them, as I do all my decoys, in an Avery slotted decoy bag. I take good care of my decoys. The paint on the hens rubs right off with gentle use, the paint on the drakes has been more durable. Also, I hunt on swamps and if the wind is more than normal these decoys rock like crazy and the ducks don't like all that extreme movement. If I hunted flooded timber where the water is sheltered from the wind then maybe they would be better. Sorry to say I don't take them out anymore and the ducks like my spread better without them.
