Duck call

I just got it today I played with it a bit it's my first duck call and I haven't tried others yet so I think I sounds pretty good. But I have a question when I opened it. Of course you get the call and a necklace. But there's a spring thy fell out and I want to know what the spring is for so. If someone would help me that would be great. Thanks!

I have calls from $200 and down. This is a great little inexpensive call. Sounds good from hi to low calls. Easy to teach someone on these calls as well. Definitely a must in the duck blind bag!

Well the brand of this call says it all. Too high pitched, cant even tune it to sound good, freezes up really easily, and is just a cheap call. This was my first duck call a few years ago so when i bought it of course I thought it sounded good, but after becoming a better caller and comparing to other calls, this is pretty low quality. Works well enough for a beginner call though.

Haven't gotten many chances to use out in the field yet, but practicing in very cold temps outside it has sounded cery crisp and clear and loud which may not make for the best call when calling in birds up close. First time using a single reed call and it is much easier than everyone made it sound
