I bought this call a couple of weeks before the hunting season because I'm a huge Duck Commander fan. I also have many other calls from a bunch of other makers. This call is a main stay on my lanyard. I watch alot of Duck Commander DVDs over and over and on one DVD Phil gives a little tip about sticking calls. He says to take the reeds slide them apart and run the edge of your knife over the reeds to rough them slightly. I did this once to my Duck Picker and it has never stuck and sounds great.

Duck commander has made the best calls in the market no matter what any one else says. Like phil roberston says himself a duck couldnt even win a duck calling contest so why build a call that doesnt sound like a real duck. Duck picker is by far DC best call they have you will not regret IT!!!!

This call wont win you a calling competition but neither would a live mallard. (Phil Robertson) This call has good high end hail calls. produces raspy quacks and is good for feeding chuckles. have not had problems with it sticking but im also a beginner waterfowl hunter. In my opinion its a great call for the money.
