I bought this to haul my hunting or ice fishing gear over snow and ice. It works really well and the the material is thick enough to handle bumps against rocks and big branches. I gave it four stars instead of 5 because mine did not come with a tow rope. Also, I found that putting extra large home made washers between the rope knot and the hull helped distribute the weight strain on the rope while towing the sled.

Great for ice-fishing too!

I know this sled with the camo pattern is primarily marketed for duck hunters. But I bought mine for ice-fishing and found that this sled was less expensive than sleds marketed strictly or ice-fishing. Sturdy construction, I haul my auger, tackle, poles, buckets, etc. in this sled and it very easily glides over the snow and ice effortlessly. Would recommend this to all the ice fishermen out there.

The right fit

Had to buy this because it is the one that fits the cart I have. Would like to purchase the large one, but I don't have any kids that I have to float in it so this one works for me. Would like to see it a little deeper, but then it might tip too easily. Probably engineered correctly. Am buying another one so the wife can bag the decoys when I am picking up the other 3 dozen. Floats about 40 pounds easily.
