Good stuff!!!
Date:
this dubbing material is excellent for dressing up yarn balls for winter steelhead. I use an orange and red combo on a number 2 GAMI hook and use a little of this dubbing near the eyelet of the hook to finish the yarn ball. Steelhead cant seem to pass it up!

Love This Stuff
Date:
I just keep finding more and more uses for this material.....it makes an excellent milt on egg patterns (pearl), a super realistic scud (shrimp), and super underbody for foam beetle patterns (black or peacock). It is relatively easy to dub, makes a nice semi-translucent body, and traps a lot of air onsparkle pupa patterns....

Must Have for Emerald Shiners
Date:
I just returned from a very successful Steelhead trip in Ohio. The fish (and the shale) took every one of the flies I had tied using the pearl Ice Dub. The pearl seems to have a faint, translucent green hue to it that copies the emerald shiner perfectly.
