Ball Babies secure your downrigger weights, so they're not constantly slamming against the hull or
rolling around on the floor of the boat. They mount easily next to your downrigger and hold both ball
and fish-shaped weights.

I feel like a MLB pitcher - finally I have "ball control"! They do the trick in keeping the spare in place at all times and the "active" one from rolling around/swinging when moving to a more productive (hopefully) spot.
These keep my downrigger weights form banging around when cruising to a new spot. They seem tough and sun resistant. I only wish that they came with a piece of rubber or foam inside to protect the gel coat from the weight. I tried gluing some foam inside but the darn birds took it out! Otherwise fine.
