Very Roomy
Date:
My Wife & I purchased this tent for size and price. We researched several tents that were higher in price but the reviews seemed mixed. We used this for an overnight stay at a American Cancer Society Relay for Life Event. We had fantastic weather slight breeze and temperatures in the mid eighties. The set up was easy with 2 people, a little longer for us as this was the first tent set up in over 30 years. The tent was very sturdy and well constructed. Interior is very roomy with plenty of head room, my height is 6'3". Luggage nook was nice to have and wall compartments were nice for glasses, camera and phones. The Queen size air mattress fix though the door and had lots of space for our bags and clothes. The rain fly seems like it will prevent leaks as it covers the windows and zips from the outside, also a nice door overhang. I give it a 5 star as it worked for us on this trip as we expect several future overnights.

Great tent ... exactly what I needed
Date:
Thanks Cabelas for this tent. Your description online was right on. The measurements are obvious in the pictures provided. It's 16' by 10' at the largest point (the cubby). The detailed picture of the 8 sleeping bags explains that ... not sure I've ever seen a 10' sleeping bag. I ordered it online and was completely satisfied when it arrived.
I'm 6'2 and I have plenty of room in the entire tent. I can stand up in the middle and have plenty of room to walk around. There is an attached loop in the center where a lantern can hang. There are several pockets throughout the tent for light weight supplies. My 4 year old son and I set it up so it is super easy to assemble. There is plenty of ventilation even with the included rain/shade cover.
I shopped online for the largest tent available on the market at the least amount of money and this tent provided that. I am 110% satisfied. Thanks again!!

Love It
Date:
We went camping for 4+ days with our family-we range from 5'6 to 6'5. Had plenty of room-tent went up with NO problems. Dimensions were not quite accurate and didn't like the window opening on the outside. We had thunderstorms on our first night and again on our 2nd day. We stayed dry the entire time. I would definately recommend this tent for someone who is the casual camper-looking for value and space.

Eagle's Camp tent...ok for a starter.
Date:
Size was an issue too to me. I also found that all the windows zip on the outside & not on the inside of the tent where they should be. So put on your rubber boots & rain gear if your windows are open in a storm, cause you will have to go outside to shut them. I have an issue with the floor as well as it has the seam next to the ground & does not wrap up the sides a few inches for better water, snow & mud protection. If you only use this on occassion or just looking for a good starter tent yes this will work well for you.
Happy Camping!
