Best I have ever had

This is my second set of dishes from Cabelas... The 1st set has Elk on them, plates are more flat, bowl's are deep high sides.
new ones have pinecones on them I love them. they have a bit of a side on plates so anything juicy will not run off plate, the bowl's are really good for salad, soup, anything. They are not real deep, desert plates are smaller but have a lip on them. Set is great for the young, food won't slide off. Mugs came with the Elk dishes there are no mugs with the pinecone... I have dropped both they may chip but I have'nt broken one yet...

We are SO disappointed!

My hubby bought these for my birthday and we were so excited. Loved the pattern and the dish size and they coordinated so well with the Cabela silverware and our log cabin! BUT, we've used them for ONE week and there are black scratches all over the plates from regular use. We will have to take them back.

Solid Plate!

Nothing flimsy about these plates! Generous, man-size dinnerware, perfect for a man-sized appetite! Plus, these are nice heavy plates. Nothing cheap about them, except maybe the price.

Bought these for my wife for the Holidays. She loves them. And I agree with the previous reviewer. The bowls are big enough for a decent bowl of chili or whatever!
