Stay alert to fast-changing weather conditions. Besides keeping track of current weather conditions, this weather-alert station also receives all NOAA/NWS/DOD hazard alerts and warnings. Plan for the day using the 12-24-hr. future forecast based on barometric pressure and trend with icons for 14 weather conditions. Seven digitally tuned channels receive NWS stations from 50 to 70 miles away. The strong frequency signal between the outdoor sensor and main unit penetrates walls from long distances up to 330 ft. away. Indicator displays signal strength. Displays outdoor temperature (°F/°C) and outdoor humidity, both with trend arrow. Alert indicator lights – advisory, watch or warning. Main unit powered by AC adapter with back-up battery. Includes external AC adapter and batteries.
