elk sculpture

When I received the elk sculpture it was broken at the antlers. So I called the 800 number and got a very helpful representive. She said I could exchange it at my local store. I told her I thought it was a clcseout. So she checked the inventory across the United States and found 0 inventory. She told me to bring the sculpture to my local store for a full refund. In this process I discovered another elk sculpture, exactly like my broken one, in the bargin cave. They gladly exchanged my broken sculpture for the the good one and I was very happy. I love the sculpture and would have been very disappointed if I couldn't have kept it.
