Cord crimps are designed for use with Quick-Fix® Decoy Cord. They make rigging decoys a snap. All you have to do is thread the cord through the crimp and secure with pliers.

I decided to try these out after getting four dozen decoys for christmas, just the thought of tieing all those knots made me wish I had not gotten so many. In my opinion these are the only way to go, they are cheap and it only takes seconds to weigh down a decoy. I have used them in tidal waters and fresh, have yet to lose a decoy since I started using the crimps.

These are the only way to go with decoy line. It might cost a little more, but the tangles come out so nice and it won't come untied. Give it a try...you'll be glad you did. No...I'm not sponsored by Tanglefree!!!

Certainly better than knots

Work great with flat nose pliers and eliminate the need to tie knots. I use them with the cord locks--crimp one on the weight end, run line through decoy keel hole, install cord lock and finish with crimp for an easily adjustable line length. I buy the bulk packs.
