Custom-Fit Heat Shield

On hot, sunny days you can greatly reduce the temperature inside your vehicle and protect your interior from harmful UV rays with this custom-fit heat shield. One side is highly reflective silver fabric and the other is finished in soft felt. Both materials are laminated to a foam core board which acts as an insulator to help reduce heat buildup in the vehicle. Pre-sewn panels accordion for handy storage. There's no extra hardware or hassles - just unfold and position it across the windshield, then fold the sun visors down to hold it in place.

I got one for my new 02 Tundra and still use it today. It does seem to have a problem where the folds are, they start to flake apart over time, but it still works fine and offers full coverage like when new. All in all it is a pretty good unit. I got the bag too, it fits the shade very snuggly, but don't use it very much.

Get rid our your fold out cardboard or foil covered bubble wrap shields.
The Custom-Fit Heat Shield is stiff an durable,which great because in my truck cab everything gets piled on top of each other. It expands easily in place. Just flip down your visors and your good to go. It fits snug in the corners to keep out the light and the refelctive finish definitley keeps out the sun and heat. I purchased my first one in 2001 for my new truck. And have since purchased 3 more as gifts
