Original Shipping & Handling: Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.

Cabela's XTREME Protection Plan: If you purchased an extended service plan and the product experiences a covered failure during the term of your plan, simply call 1-866-257-6544 to obtain service.

Gifts: Returns with a Gift Receipt may be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit in the form of a Cabela's gift card. Gift items returned without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price.

For items damaged in shipment: Please call Customer Relations at 1-800-237-4444 or email customer.service@cabelas.com for detailed return instructions.

Items shipped directly from the manufacturer: Please call Customer Relations at 1.800.237.4444 or email customer.service@cabelas.com before returning. Some manufacturers require items to be sent directly to them for replacement or repair. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge.

Customized / Personalized / Special Order Items: These items may not be returned unless they were damaged in shipment, are defective, or are incorrect due to Cabela's error. Contact Cabela's Customer Service at 1.800.237.4444 or email customer.service@cabelas.com for additional information.

Perishable Items: Contact Cabela's Customer Relations at 1-800-237-4444 or email customer.service@cabelas.com to receive detailed instructions regarding perishable products.

Bargain Cave items purchased at a Retail Store are non-returnable.

Game Calls: We are not able to accept returns of opened game calls for sanitary reasons.

Software and Electronic Media Products: If you wish to return a media product, you may return the product, unopened, within 60 days of purchase.

Computer chips (marine navigation, automotive performance enhancement) are not able to be returned if package has been opened.
