Rapala® X-Rap® Deep Shad

Not your average crankbait. This long-casting, suspending and rattling bait cuts hard and darts aggressively while maintaining Rapala's classic swimming action. This Deep Model will dive from 6 to 11 feet. Textured translucent body, prominent scales and lateral line capture and reflect light. Internal weight-transfer system for casting distance. Flash foil teaser tail. Pyramid point hooks penetrate tough-mouthed fish and hold fast. Per each.

    Top Shelf Crank Bait

    High quality all around, high-end materials with excellent color and 3D eyes give this a real look. The movement is extreme and realistic. The tail feathers add a flash dance to the movement. The rattle does its job. This is not the average crank bait. Long casts with ease,it feels right. This is the top of the line at a modest price.

    Great lure, pathetic hooks

    Took this lure out for its maiden voyage on the kayak this morning and it was a big hit with several queenfish, barracuda and grouper.
    However, the hooks bent and broke on both trebles, though the fish were all pretty small and I was only fishing with a couple of pounds of drag.
    Great lure, flimsy hooks (now replaced with stronger).
