I've used this lure a lot. This bait will catch the trophy your looking for. Kaught 3 bass in 5 min. with this bait. works great. Only problem is the bill broke after lots of use when i missed a bass and it came back and hit the boat.

there was nothing unique about this lure, the durability is good, and it swims well but doesnt seem to draw in the fish

I bought this lure not thinking of how it would work just simply because i caught a bass that when cleaned had a large crawfish inside its bile. Bait presentation is the number one reason i rate this lure low, because crawfish do not swim...they stay on the bottom and scoot backwards to avoid a fish/predator. This lure creates a swimming action like that of a billed crank bait that usually resembles a injured bait fish. To put it simply crawfish are not bait fish. Even if the lure could be drug down far enough to be worked on bottom it would snag/catch every piece of underlying cover on the bottom of the pond/lake/river it was used on.
