The low price, as well as the shortness of the holster in the pictures had me a bit skeptical of the usefulness of this holster with a longer barreled revolver. I ordered this holster due to the word "ambidextrous" in the product description. I have recently had surgery on my right thumb, and needed something I could use with either hand.
THIS HOLSTER DOES WHAT IT CLAIMS TO DO !! I can wear it anywhere on my belt, for whatever type draw I want to make.
I have used it to carry a Ruger Security Six with 6" barrel, as well as a 1911A1 Officer's Model with 3 1/2" barrel. As a couple of other reviewers claim, I have worn it for extended periods, without discomfort, and have almost forgotten I had a sidearm on my belt.
I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the materials and the professional workmanship in the construction. From what I can tell so far, I'll be passing this one down to one of the Kids or Grandkids, when I get to old to carry a pistol.

I bought this holster with the idea to have an easy way to carry my 45 Vacquero around the ranch. It has worked out so well I often forget it's there.
For the $ a good quality purchase that is handy and functional.

really well done. simple. effective. i can carry anything from my 45 vaquero, taurus ribbed 357, browning hi power, 1911. my around-the-farm holster. works cross-draw too.
