    A no frills, well constructed, good quality, authentically designed holster that is half the cost of equivalents. Well stitched, good quality cowhide. Includes both hammer thong and leg thong. Very good fit for advertised sixguns. There are flashier, classier holsters around, but if you are looking for a simple, reliable, low cost rig -- kind of what the average cowpoke expected 125 years ago -- this is the holster for you.

    I took a chance on this holster for my uberti 44-40 cattleman. It's a perfect fit and is quality made at a good price. I like shoot around when I'm off work. Not into CASS yet but with these prices it's possible. I chose a belt chambered in 45 which turned out to be fine for the 44-40
