Not "Virtually Indestructable"

First Use: bottle split parallel to the bottom 1/2' inch up. Never dropped, never hit, struck etc. Just product failure.

Great water bottle! Came back to see it there were any of the smaller sizes, but they were sold out! Got two of the larger sized, and the only criticism is I would like a larger mouth for cleaning, but even so, this is just wide enough to get a bottle mop down it.....Keeps your water tasting even better than glass, and I always thought water should taste good. It is a little louder than plastic, so hunters should be more careful unscrewing the lid, but it can be done.....

Overall the bottle is good. The only complaint I have is that it if thin wall stainless and I had to return one for an exchange because the bottom cracked. It will not hold up to harsh use. Good as an office container but I would not recommend for outdoor use.

Like the bottle, prefer over plastic but the o-ring seal does not seal very well. It has a small leak (drip) if not kept upright.
