Cabela's Outfitter Series™ Cast-Iron Grill/Griddles

Our cast-iron cookware helps you prepare meals anywhere, and it's ready for use right out of the box. The Grill/Griddles are reversible, with raised ridges for cooking hamburgers and steaks on one side, and a flat side with a grease reservoir for cooking bacon, eggs and pancakes on the other. Each side is 1/2" deep, overall thickness of the griddle is 1".

    Used this for the first time at a men's retreat with about a dozen guys. It worked great to hook up dozens of pancakes for our guys. They loved it and it was easy to clean!

    Da Big Griddle and Grill

    Used this griddle on the two burrner stove we also just purchased , it works great, First night out in the MotorHome with new griddle we had guest's, Ribeye steaks, and corn on the cob all cooked on the grill side, and heated pinto beans at the same time, lot's of room. It works better than great. Next morning I made pancake's, egg's, bacon, and sausage on the flat grill, and to my suprise nothing stuck to the grill. Ahem.
    That was a hit, I will now review the two burner stove.
    I give this unit a double thumbs up.

    Received the large griddle as a Christmas present from hubby. I DO NOT CAMP! I love love love it! I keep it on the stove all of the time. I can make 8 chicken cutlets at 1 time. 10 pancakes, 1 lb of bacon. No more standing at the stove cooking while everyone eats. My fav food to make on it is home fries. Tastes just like restaurant home fries. Makes cooking fun!
