I bought this little chef smoker for my boyfriend. We recently moved to a house next to the river and he is an avid fishermen. He goes out back and catches the fish and we smoke them the same day. Awesome smoke flavor. We just love it. I would recommend this product!

this is not a true smoker. It is a smoke generator. It dosen't cook meat. You can't do chicken or ribs all the way. You have to finish it in the oven. Don't be fooled by the name.

We bought this in hope to smoke venison, beef, pork, chicken, salmon, etc.... This was the biggest piece of junk I have ever seen! Spend the extra money and get a good smoker!!!

I smoked my first salmon on it and was worried I would mess it up because the salmon was very thick! I just followed the instructions and it came out better than what I gave my freinds last time. I had it commercialy done last time, my friends liked mine better without knowing I had done it myself!
