Set precise temperature and drying time for consistent results with the digital controls. A quiet, 2,400-rpm fan and 1,000 watts of drying power means you can dry more, faster. This means there is no need for tray rotation. The adjustable 90-160°F thermostat gives you the flexibility to get the best results. The Converga-Flow® fan forces heated air up the exterior pressurized chamber, then horizontally across each individual tray, converging in the center, for fast, even and nutritious drying. This unit expands to 20 trays so you can dry large quantities all at once! A bonus Clean-A-Screen and fruit roll sheet included.

Purchase is dehydrator in Dec. and have used it 5 times now. frist time i did 4+ lbs of beef used up all
4 trays worked out to 2+lbs jerky, done in 3.5 hr.
same thing the next 3 times, ordered 6 more trays
and did 10 lbs yealing 5lbs of jerky used all 10 trays
and was done in 5.5 hr. This dehydrator is super fast
but you do need to order more trays. easy clean up
so far. can not wait to use it again.

I've had a chance to use this product twice and I sliced some beef 1/8" to create some jerky and it took between 8 - 10 hours to dry and came out nice. I just need a little more experience with the drying time to perfect. Easy cleanup too.

used mine to do jerky, snack sticks, and dried fuit. very happy with it. careful with the heat setting though; I used the low heat setting after a first trial & error.

Moose jerky, 1/4 inch thick slices, 3 1/2 hours. My old fanless unit would take 10 to 12 hours. Its longevity has yet to be tested.
