I've only just started with this unit and it is a beauty. Terrific price and definitely instant international shipping (overcame the issue of the 240v AUS power a 2000w step down transformer to 110V). I just purchased a MasterBuilt analog smoker & it works great. I here people belly aching about it not smoking @ a low temp. All you have to do is fill the chip box up & heat it up @ 300 350 for 30 min. to get it smoking, the cut it back. It'll smoke good for a long time @ 160. Very satisfied w/ it!
After playing around with a charcoal smoker i decided to go electric. Best thing i ever did. It's so nice not having to constantly watch the temp just plug it in, set it, and go It's that easy. Just wish it came with more recipes.
