This is the perfect plate to grind venison chili meat! This plate keeps the meat somewhere between hand cut and ground. Just perfect.

I have 3/4 HP cabelas grinder and ordered replacement plates according to chart....chart not correct at least for my grinder. Charts says I need #12 for 3/4 and apparently I need #22. Measure plate before ordering and use following:

2 1/8" #5
2 1/2" #8
2 3/4" #10/12
3 1/4" #22
3 7/8" #32
5" #42

Those are measurements off of the package from the ones I received.
