Tenderize and prepare your own cube steaks and cutlets from wild game and less-than-choice cuts of meat with the simple turn of a crank handle. Two separate rollers rotate 31 stainless steel blades to cut coarse meat up to 3/4" thick. Two

Nylon base won't hold bacteria or contaminate meat. Includes two C-clamps to temporarily mount the unit on any table or countertop. Disassembles for easy cleanup. 4-1/2" x 1" opening.
Have tried several different meat cubers, some of the cheaper ones, and the results were poor to awful. Just purchased this cuber today and tried it for the first time. It works great, wonderful, fantastic (can you tell I am happy with it?).
I had tried my last cheap cuber on some round steak with poor results. The cubed meat after it was chicken fried was so tough I though it would take an ax to cut it.
Ran the same pieces of round steak though this cuber twice, once from each end, then chicken fried them and they came out fork tender. What a treat.
Now I can take advantage of the round steak and round roast sales at the box stores and the local grocery stores and finally have all of the chicken fried breakfasts, lunches, and dinners I want.
This product is made out of heavy materials, easy to assemble and disassemble, and very very easy to use, and the results are great. And to add even more value / versatility, you can get another set of cutters to cut that round steak into jerky strips, which I will be doing as soon as the jerky cutters go on sale.
I did notice that when the cutters hit an area of heavy fat they did stop cutting. All I had to do was back the meat out, find the problem, reorient the meat in the shoot so the cutters hit the fat at a different angle and it went right through. My one word of caution is if the cutters get tough to turn or stop DO NOT force them. Back the meat out of the shoot, find the problem, and either reorient the meat or cut the problem area out.
I expect a long relationship with this cuber and will report back later in the year after I have more experience with it.
Due to the high cost of meat processing now, we decided to process our own deer steaks. This cuber is a charm!!! We couldn't use the clamps due to the drawers under our cabinets, but we didn't need them. We just placed a dish towel under the cuber and it worked fine. It didn't slide around. Wish we had purchased it sooner. I highly recommend this product. And it has already paid for itself.
this cuber worked great on deer meat--i was amazed at how well and easy it worked--it comes with two c clamps to lock it down to a counter but it turned so easy i didnt even have to use them--i used the slicer that is on sale to slice two deer hams and tenderlions and she ran them thur the cuber as i piled it up for her--it took less than an hr to slice cube and clean both --u cant beat that--any hunter needs one of these and if u dont have the slicer get one--you will love them --makes meat to the freezer ten time faster
This cuber takes a tough cut of meat and makes it tender enough to eat. I usually run it through a couple of times. It also makes it cook alot faster. Clean up is a breeze. Two thumbscrews are taken out and it all comes apart. Then just run it under hot water and it all comes off
