Bradley® Digital Smokers

The same great quality we’ve come to know from Bradley is once again established in these digital smokers. The ability to smoke, cold smoke or roast any meat to perfection is what sets these digital smokers apart from all others. The fully digital control panel gives you the versatility to set the amount of smoke, cooking temperature up to 280°F and cooking time. Unique smoke-without-fire system operates for up to 8 hours without refueling. The Bradley Flavor Bisquettes produce controlled smoke and are extinguished automatically. Comes in larger 6-rack, 108 liter (5.5 sq. ft.) smoker or original 4-rack, 76 liter (3.6 sq. ft.) size. Smokers are black with a stainless steel door.

A must for home or camping

Whether I want to ad some smoke flavoring or cook a complete meal, my Bradley Smoker can handle it all. With the digital system, I can do other cooking or preperations, or simply relax with no worry.
It's the best addition to our camping trailer too.

I now have 2 of these and the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is there are some glitches sometimes. Keep it covered and out of the weather and you should be ok.

I bought the top of the line stainless electronic unit. Replaced the heating unit within a year. Sent for the manual replecement, could not buy the nice electronic one that came with the unit, and that broke down in six months too, (the bisket "pusher" doesn't work), and then the door fell off after one year's use. Still smokes nice, but I have to stack biskets on the burner, and check it constantly, and oh yeah, rehang the door each time. Not made very well.
