There are scores of ways to prepare delicious meats, fish and fowl with your Bradley® Smoker. This handy, flip-card-style recipe booklet contains over 50 recipes for using all the flavor bisquettes, from hot smoked salmon or pork loin roast to maple smoked acorn squash.
I talked my buddy out of his old Bradley when he bought a new one. It came with no instructions and was different than the old electric smokers I had used for years. I went to my local Cabelas store and bought the Bradley Cookbook. It offers a hugh selection of recipes that are easy to use and provide a great finished product. This winter I have been able to buy nice Steelhead fillets and by following the cold smoke receipe have turned out some fabulous smoked fish. They have made great gifts to friends as well as great snacks. I can't wait to try other receipes.
If You already know all the basics about dry rubs and brines etc... this book is ok, but if You want to learn the basics this cook book only has a few recipes for each kind of meet such as Stuffed and Smoked Moose Hart, Cherry Smoked Bananas, and Smoked Chicken Italiano etc... ,it does not teach you basic skills on how to smoke normal meats.
