Cabela's Commercial Marinade Injectors

This injector is a great upgrade for serious backyard gourmets. It's made from nickel-plated brass. The 4 oz. model has a detachable 6" needle with 12 holes on opposite sides for greater marinade distribution. The 2 oz. model has 2" needle with two holes.

This is by far the best injector I have came across. I have broken alot of injectors over the years while deep frying turkeys. Must say I am impressed.

I found the injector very easy to use, As a first time users I wasn't sure how to do this process. The directions were easy to follow and I mixed my own 'sauce' to inject in a turkey breast I made for New Years. Turned out very good juicy and flavorful.
Product is well made and should last for years, give it a try.

The injector is simple to use and clean up is a breeze. I did break mine where the injector needle attaches to the syringe, but Cabela's replaced it. I use it to inject turkey, chicken and meats that I smoke. Very well worth the reasonable price.
