The patented ladder design offers fast setup and easy takedown. These steel rails are versatile enough to be used on
irregular-shaped trees. Get to climbing heights of 12 feet to 16 feet. Carrying them into and out of the field is simple
with compact transport. Three sections are different lengths so that they nest together. Length of each section is 31",
34" and 37" tall.
Set of three weighs: 19 lbs.
Weight capacity: 300 lbs.
Just took them down from first season of use. They were exactly what I needed for this particular tree that had a bend in it. They worked fine. Way quieter than my climbing sticks. The system was necessary for my tree since a climbing stand or climbing stick wouldn't deal with the bend this tree had. You need a lineman's strap to install them.
I have a tree in an excellent hunting spot, that I could never put a straight ladder in . The branches wouldn't allow a straight type of climbing device. Removing the branches was not an option, so I tried a set of rapid rails. Worked perfectly. You can position the steps to go around the branches. Works great. What a nice design. Will puchase more in the future.
Steel Rapid Rails are safe, sturdy, and easy to use. They adapt well to almost any size or shaped tree. Set up and adjustment is a simple as it gets.
I hunt public land 90% of the time and like the fact that I can lock my stand and two of the three rapid rails to the tree. I take the bottom rapid rail with me. This keeps other hunters from hunting from it or stealing it. Once the stand is hung I can be in or out of my tree in less then a minute with no noise.
The steel rails let you climb about 16 feet and come in three sections. They are heavier then the aluminum, but are half the price.
The aluminum rails come in four sections and let you climb about 20 feet.
