This does drive the Ameristeps into the tree much better than by hand, however have your back up battery ready for your driver.....takes a lot of battery life for each one. The driver will help get the step 3/4 of the way into the tree, however you still have to manually get the whole step in.

Not for me, I found that you are better off using a small impact drill with a drill bit to start your hole. To cumbersome to use with a big drill.

Works better then your hand. You need an 18 volt drill or bigger. Even work on bike hangers in you garage.
