great all around set

all pieces have a place, so you visually know one is missing at anytime. brushes are well made. No more trying to use brush available, because you have the right size. case is compact.

yes the brush wires are cut but they are made that way so they do not pull apart from the rod end. the wire used in these brushes are made out of brass unlike some others that are made from steel so brass being softer than steel they will not damage your barrel.

I don\u2019t know how this product got a good rating, I bought it and don\u2019t get me wrong great idea all the brushes you need in one convenient place in a nice little box. I don\u2019t like the fact that the bore brushes are just cut sharply at the end and not round like most brushes you buy. I would be careful sticking these into a gun you may do some damage. The jags that came with the set are very well made, just don\u2019t like the brushes. This is my second Tipton product that I am not happy with. I do own a Tipton cleaning rod that is very well made, and would highly recommend it.
