Do-All White Quail Automatic Trap

  • Holds 90 standard clay targets
  • Aircraft-aluminum-alloy arm
  • Throws 80-100 yards
  • 5° to 35° adjustable angles
One of the best, most efficient automatic traps you'll find. Its tray-leveling system, combined with the smooth 90- target auto feeder, means more clean-flying targets to powder. A two-second cycle time makes for rapid-fire target presentations. It has extra target brushes and a backstop for high-angle presentations, safety ring attachment, foot-pedal release and a powder- coated steel frame. The aircraft-aluminum arm throws standard 108mm clay targets 80 to 100 yards and adjusts for 5° to 35° target angles. Compatible with all Do-All Outdoors automatic trap accessories. Uses a 12-volt deep-cycle battery (not included). Assembles in minutes.

No complaints. No more hand throwers for me.
Date:
The other guy must have received a bad egg. I ordered mine, came in 4 days. I watched the DVD that came with it and it shows you how to trouble shoot. The throwing arm relation to the clay target has to be adjusted to ansure proper flight. It ran it out of the box great for my first box of clays. Then they started to brake, so I adjusted the launcher as shown in the DVD ( takes a couple minutes ) and it was up and running. I have no complaints. I use a marine cranking battery and I went through 4 boxes of clays and the battery only needed a few minutes on my 3amp charger to be charged fully. It threw the clays straighter and longer than any of the hand throwers and spring loaded throwers at the range that day. There was a Do-All Whtie Wing there also but it wasnt throwing the clays quite as far or with the speed of the White Quail. I am glad that I have this thrower. I expected that there was going to be some tweaking with it right out of the box. I am planning on getting the wobbler soon. As of right now I have to move the base and adjust the angle bolts to have a different presentation of the clays ( takes seconds to do ). Cabelas has a great price set on this trap so just order it.

do not buy this i am goin on my third one now all of them work flawlessly until u get up to aroun 300 birds then they take a turn for the worst the first one i had i ran 1 box of birds thru it and the motor burned out the second one i had it threw 4 boxes of clays and it started breakin all the pigeons and now the last one i put 4 boxes thru it and the tray that holds the birds stripped out internally...if you really wanna buy one save the $100 extra bucks and buy a champion thats wat we shoot out of now and it works great!!!

Glad I purchased it

This unit works well. It took a little tuning; had to adjust the tray out of the box (per the directions). Was having problems feeding with the wobbler at a high angle but an email to Do-All resulted in a video on how to adjust to correct that. Took it out and after more than 200 clays, I had about 10 broken. And they were usually the result of a clay dropping while in the highest angle from the wobbler. Over-all a great unit. I'm thinking of buying a second to throw pairs.

Works Great if set up right
Date:
It does take a while to calibrate and set it up to get it right on .. We built a custom shooting shed where it is mounted ... Works great ... LOVE how far and fast it throws the clays! We like using the full choke. Has a few glitches at the highest position, it doesn't usually feed the last one ... and when below freezing it slows down and sometimes drops two at the highest position when stacked high .. but so far works very well with the foot control and the remote.
Today I put a 100w bulb in the shed to help with the moisture, temp, etc to keep the clays I store in there from absorbing moisture.
