Atlas Electronic Trap Thrower

Weighing only 42 lbs. and measuring a small 37"H x 32"L x 30"W, the fully automatic Atlas Electronic Thrower lets you easily create a professional-quality trap range at virtually any location. Constructed of stainless steel and powered by a 12-volt battery (not included), it smoothly launches standard clay targets up to 70 yards. This Made in USA trap comes with a 5-year warranty plus a lifetime warranty on the DuraClutch and electrical system. And since it's engineered with simple, yet reliable electronics, there's very low battery drain. Heavy-duty construction combines with a rust-resistant stainless steel frame and mount to ensure years of shooting enjoyment. Aluminum throwing arm with polyurethane throwing strip. Dual-axis angle adjustment. Low-friction ball bearing crankshaft. 50-target magazine. 25-ft. release cord.

do not buy these traps unless you plan to do a lot of maintenance. we have two of these at our club and they dont work more than half the time. if you leave clay targets in them till the next time you shoot the targets will all just stick together and you will have to replace them with new ones. Also these traps short out at least 3 or 4 times a year, and will just keep cycling until you disconnect them from the battery. If you want a good quality trap go with a pro-matic we very rarely have problems with those and they have a razor edge so even wet birds will work fine in them.

I bought mine in 2005. This thing is built like a tank. A year later I bought the oscillator to make it swing left and right and the remote control setup. Two years ago I sent the whole thing back to have the entire wobble fitted. I, of course, had to pay for the equipment, but Atlas rebuilt the entire trap and added upgrades to bring it to current standards for no extra charge! Buy this trap! It has worked flawlessly year after year. It has thrown literally tens of thousands of clays and is still going strong.

What a quality unit. I bought 2 of these and they have both been flawless and have thrown slightly over 25,000 clays through each. The only problem is that all my neighbors won't leave me alone. Originally, I bought 2 Do-All machines from Cabela's. I had to return them to the manufacturer twice and they still never worked right. I am happy with the Atlas equipment and would recommend it to everyone. Thanks Cabela's.

Very nice trap.

Worked perfect from the get go. Target breakage is less than 3 out of 12,000 clays so far. It is a very well-engineered machine that looks to provide years of performance. I would recommend this to anyone.
