One of the secrets to great-tasting jerky is the marinade. Cabela's has combined just the right mixture of seasonings, spices and liquid to make scrumptious jerky every time. All you need to do is put 5 lbs. of meat, ground or strips, in a plastic bag and add 16 ounces of jerky marinade. The full gallon marinates 40 lbs. of meat. Cure overnight in the refrigerator.
