The Jerky Blaster has the same ergonomic design, accessories and features as the Jerky Pistol, but with a larger 15" tube with a 1-1/2-lb meat capacity. This means there is no need for tray rotation. The adjustable 90-160°F thermostat gives you the flexibility to get the best results. The Converga-Flow® fan forces heated air up the exterior pressurized chamber, then horizontally across each individual tray, converging in the center, for fast, even and nutritious drying.
