Directions For Making Patties: 1) Clean patty maker thoroughly. 2) Set desired patty thickness. * Open cover to view internal adjustment plate. * Loosen locking wing nut by turning counter-clockwise. * Screw adjustment srew up or down until desired thickness is reached. NOTE: when adjusting patty thickness, allow for 10% - 20% shrinkage when fully cooked). * Tighten locking wing nut clockwise until finger tight. 3) Once the desired thickness has been selected, place apprpriate amount of ground meat onto base of the patty maker. 4) Close the cover tightly until the excess meat bulges outside the patty maker. 5) Remove excess meat from the outside of the patty maker. 6) Open the patty maker to reveal your patty. NOTE: If the patty does not remove easily, simply place a kitchen fork between the patty and the side of the patty maker. For best results, meat should be between 36 degrees to 40 degrees farenheit. 7) Clean patty maker before storing.
