Our Prodigy casting reel's precision-machined marine-bronze gears give corrosion-resistant cranking power you can rely on. A rigid, one-piece aluminum frame; ultrastrong composite sideplates; and a free-floating, ported aluminum spool provide strength without added weight.

The Exceler casting reel has eight ball bearings plus one roller bearing.
