The Lodge 15" Seasoned Steel Skillet is made of tough 12-gauge carbon steel. It is designed for the high heat it takes for browning and searing. The easy-release oil finish improves with each use. Two steel rivets hold each of the two handles securely in place. Hand wash and dry to preserve oil finish. Rub with light coat of vegetable oil after every use. Do not use in dishwasher or with metal scouring pads. For use with electric, gas glass, induction, oven and campfire. Made in USA.
