Microhoned to a hair-splitting edge, the Japanese stainless steel blades breeze through skinning and filleting chores. Pro Fillet Knife has a rugged black Zytel handle with gray rubber inserts for a sure grip and less slippage when wet. Features an open back for easy cleaning, ambidextrous thumb studs for easy opening, liner lock construction and a removable pocket clip. Compatible with Baracuta interchangeable blades and handles.
