All calls that qualify for the box and DVD offer will have a card included that provides instructions on how to mail the card with a copy of their receipt to the manufacturer to receive the free offer. If customer receives a call purchased after the free offer date of 08/09/10 start, but did not get a card, as long as they have proof of purchase showing valid date of purchase, the offer will be honored.
