Good quality but not exceptionally warm.

I purchased the beanie, balaclava, and neck gaiter. The products are all reasonably well made, considering the price, but they are really only suitable for wearing around town, not for serious winter outdoor trekking.
The fabric is not very heavy and they are not very warm, but are warm enough for those running errands around town or other activity in which outdoor exposure is rather short.

I have a head size that is edging on large, but not a mutant. With that said this hat comes nowhere close to fitting me properly. I could not pull down to help keep ears warm at all. This ended up as a very gently used gift for a friend's 5 year old son.

Earwarmers -- Mixed Feelings

These earwarmers are great from a couple of points of view. They are made with a DOUBLE layer of the Polartec Fabric, so they really do the job, and they are BIG ENOUGH AROUND for a change -- earwarmers from most companies are too tight for my head. If you have a big head you will really like these -- and the fabric stretches a little bit too, so they are very comfortable. I don't even notice I have them on. BUT, they are cut sort of funny. The wider portions for the ears are too far back, by about a half an inch on each side, so your earlobes stick out in front instead of being covered by the fabric. Very annoying. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
