Disappointing quality

Used for pike fishing in Quebec. I found most attributes of this product similar to other weedless spoons on the market (Johnson's silver minnow for instance). Castability, action, profile, weight, design, size, etc. were all similar. It was as weedless as other designs ("weedless" is relative when fishing in pike grass and similar conditions). HOWEVER, the main difference in this product, the vivid fish pattern, is also its quality downfall. The perch pattern I was using wore off after a few hours of fishing. Your still left with a dull silver spoon, but, this defeats the purpose of the purchase. In addition, it caught few if any fish. Great idea, poor execution.

the jawbreakers from northland are excellent. very well put together, good finishes and most importantly they catch fish.
for these new ones i can only speak for the perch pattern because luckily thats all i ordered. came with a dull gold hook, the jawbreakers at least came with silver hooks and were sharper and higher quality. the paint job on the jawbreakers is textured and layered and has a ton of detail.. this one just has a cheap looking holographic picture on it. i was expecting a little more, especially since they're all sold out. glad they were b/c i would've bought more
