Beyond ordinary, this series delivers highly sensitive control and the latest ergonomic engineering along with the exceptional value and field-proven quality you expect from Cabela’s. Our expert designers reduced weight and improved handling by building this series with split grips, putting you directly in contact with the blank for maximum sensitivity. Each rod is built on a 54 million-modulus graphite blank. Exclusive reel seats with woven graphite spacers further reduce weight and improve sensitivity. Blank-through-handle construction provides a solid foundation and greater backbone for hauling in monster fish. Diamond-polished Pacific Bay® Hialoy® guides are reinforced with the hardest grade of aluminum oxide on the market for abrasion-, corrosion- and shock-resistant durability and friction-reducing performance with all types of fishing lines. High-density EVA foam grips for increased comfort. Guide-saving hook keepers are standard. Two-year limited warranty.

Great rod for anyone- beginner, novice or pro!

I paired this up with a Curado E7- I've caught tons of large and smallmouth bass with it, had it for over a year now and works as good as the first day I got it, no issues. It was hard to find a two-piece split grip like this one but I found it at Cabela's. If you're looking for a split grip baitcaster and don't have room for a one-piece then this is the rod for you, you won't be disappointed....

Great Rod!

Durable yet sensitive. I paired it with a Shimano Curado and love it. I have used it for catfish, peacock bass, large mouth bass, freshwater drum and walleye. It has held up despite my rookieness to using a baitcaster.

I recently purchased this rod for some spring fishing. I compared everything in the store with this rod and for the $ it reacted the best. Looking forward to the spring and put it thru its paces.

I was impressed right off the bat when i picked one up in the store and they were on sale so i could not pass one up. I picked up a 7' M F and it matches up very well w/ a Curado E in both performance and looks. Very sensitive tip, you can feel all structure and make solid hook sets. Quality is up there w/ any rod in any price range but time will tell. For the regular price there may be other rods out there i would go to first but at the sale price they cant be beat. Good all around rod.
