This is a pretty good combo for its price. This is my first baitcaster, it cast far effortlessly. Only problem is when i u dont press down the thumb bar fully, it makes a weird noise when u cast. So make sure ur press ur thumb bar all the way down! and tighten ur drag before u start turning the handles otherwise the spool wont rotate.
I'm 51 and been a spining rod fanatic from the first fishing trip.I bought one of these two months ago and love it. Didn't take very long at all to learn how to use a baitcaster. That megaforce combo I just spotted sure looks shiny. Think I'm gonna get it.
