    The Cabela's Shooting Catalog states that the LARGE is for the 6-shot .44Mag/.44 Spec Ruger Super Redhawk. The MEDIUM fits all other speedloaders.

    Great speed loader case for the price, protects well, great way to carry extra ammo. Good for conceal carry, trompin the woods or the range whatever it may be. The only thing i didnt like was a minor detail and that was the belt loop hole, was a little small to me you can only fit a thin belt threw it. I have many belts so i found one to use but if u dont have a thin type belt without any kind of obstructions on the end i would find one first or this wont fit your belt.
