The easy way to add storage capacity to your car, truck or SUV. Heavy-duty, all-steel tubular construction has a powder-coated, weather-resistant finish. Formed 2" square extension bar is reversible (on fixed carrier only) so you can use the carrier in a raised position for extra ground clearance or a lowered position for easier loading of heavy items and travel over level terrain. For 2" receiver hitches. 500-lb. load capacity with a Class-III/IV hitch.
Basket dimensions: 60"L x 20"W x 6"H.

Well packaged, instructions easy to understand, I put mine together in less than 5 minutes, you will need a 9/16th socket to tighten it up. Overall very satisfied with this product.

I purchased the fixed shank carrier to use behind my Ford 4x4 pick-up, which it can extend out enough to use with the tailgate down ,while hauling my ATV. Also it can handle a Igloo 172 ice chest.,with plate bolts facing out. I give the carrier an "A" in design and universal use.

most of the nuts and bolts missing, main frame must be twisted dont sit in hitch square
