    I have used these for years and have many different sizes on many scopes, but.......they all were purchased years ago. I went to get a size 10 obj. and during installation the little lip that hold the lens broke in two. I returned it and grabbed another and was VERY careful when installing it. As I opened it the first time one of the lips broke and the lens fell out again. In one word....JUNK! All of the solid ones I have all work well but the Blizzards are junk.

    Make sure you get the correct size.

    Size does matter. While they do a very good job of trying to estimate sizes, they're not 100% perfect. If you get a size too small, they don't shut correctly. If you get a size too big, they slip off, and yeah, who wants to put tape on their scope to make it fit better or glue it on? Not me...
    For the price, it's a good product and does exactly what you need to it... protect your optics.

    Great product. the covers sometimes flip up espically with the large variety, the slip on easy. great to use in the rain when you want to look through the covers and flip them up if you really want a clearer picture.

    Despite the negative reviews, I bought this scope cap for my rifle scope, and the fit was perfect. After a season hunting the mountains of Montana, I'm still happy with my purchase. I think its all in getting the proper fit!
