Great Buy!!!
Date:
Love this canoe for day long to 3 day trips. Anything longer than 3 days and you might want to get the 16 ft guide. Even with my wife and daughter plus all there gear (tons) loaded up, there is still room for my stuff!!

Good Boat
Date:
This is the best canoe on the market. I have had mine for about 10 years. It's been taken down rivers, dragged across logjams, tied up to brush piles, dropped off my SUV, and it is still in great shape. I have a small cart for mine also and it allows me to get into areas that no one has fished. I have caught more fish from this boat than any bass boat I have ever been on. It's quiet and the green color keeps it from being noticed by the fish. On the lakes that get fished heavily, this boat is far more effective than a bass boat. The fish can hear and feel the vibrations from trolling motors/gas motors and the fish get spooked and will usually hesitate to bite, however using this canoe I don't make a sound, the only thing the fish see/hear is the bait and they destroy it!!! It's stable as could be, I usually fish standing up in it and I have fly fished from it as well, no problems. I was on a float trip down in the ozarks and the shuttle driver from the outfitter told me that the Old Town canoes are all he uses for his rentals because they are such long lasting tough boats! Get one and use it!!!!!
