The set appears to be very high quality. The knives take a very sharp edge without too much effort. I should mention that although German steel is used, the knives are made in China. But the workmanship is very good.

I don't think you can find much better for the $$$. Doesn't rust like the other Cabela's knives. I'm really impressed by the weight of them. Makes it very easy to carve and process meat and vegetables. Definite great buy.
