Browning® Full-Curl Sheep-Horn Series Knives

Bagging a grand slam of North American sheep is reserved for the few hardy hunters able to meet the challenge. It involves navigating inhospitable terrain and enduring extreme conditions at high altitude. Become a part of this distinguished club by owning a handsomely engraved knife from this full-curl horn series. Smooth-cut handles are carved from genuine sheep horns from the species represented. Razor-sharp Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel blades are engraved on both sides; one featuring the species name and the other displaying a detailed sheep portrait. Knives have tapered tangs for balance and dovetailed bolsters. They come with striking walnut display cases lined with fabric and 11" x 14" lithographs suitable for framing. Glass lids display sheep species artwork. Series is designed by Russ Kommer, hunting guide and knife maker. Limited to 500 of each.

obviously i did not read the fine print carefully...this knife has no sheath !!! you can look at it but you cannot "use" it. no wonder they are discounted so heavily. why would you want a fixed blade knife without a sheath?
