Brighten up your path with this headlamp. Choose between a high-powered 3-watt LED with a technical reflector for a single, ultrabright beam; or choose the four super-bright, energy-conserving LED lights. The battery box houses either alkaline batteries or the optional Black Diamond Rechargeable Battery Kit, and it automatically calibrates to the power source being used. There is a battery-power meter that shows charge status. The 3-watt LED has three power modes: high, medium and low. The four super-bright LEDs have the same three output options, plus a strobe mode. There is a removable top strap, and the wiring is coiled to ensure a proper fit with no binding. And with the optional
Rechargeable Battery Kit there is no need to hassle with extra batteries again. Simply insert the battery into your lamp, and you're good to go. The charger plugs directly into the battery pack. The NiMH batteries last for more than 2,000 charges and the charger has adapter plugs to fit most power sources.
